National Youth Sports Safety Month

Playing sports is a great way for your child to stay fit, make friends, and discover teamwork. However, kids' injuries from playing sports has started to increase over the years. Most sports injuries can be predicted and prevented. A good sports program will provide a safe learning environment where kids can grow physically and emotionally in self confidence.
