Foot Health Awareness Month

Taking care of your feet is always important. Basic hygiene and nail cutting may be all that is needed to keep your feet in good health, but you should always seek professional help when you experience pain or noticeable changes in your feet. Problems can be inherited, develop from illness, or be caused from the wearing shoes/boots that do not fit.
